Rapid Rescore provides website hosting, design templates, and related services for businesses. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
All fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, to transmit spam or malicious content, or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
All website templates and content provided by Rapid Rescore remain our intellectual property. You are granted a limited license to use them for your business during your subscription.
Rapid Rescore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the past 3 months.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to our services will cease and no refunds will be issued unless within the 30-day refund window.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction without regard to conflict of law provisions.
